WHAT IS PLANTAR FASCIITIS?
Plantar fascia runs from the base of your five toes all the way to the heel bone. Often when the foot excessively over pronates ( rolls in ) it can cause inflammation of this foot tissue and pain associated with this.
There are many causes of plantar faciatis but most commonly cause by excessive overpronation which can result often from wearting the incorrect footwear and not enought orthotic support.
SYMPTOMS OF PLANTAR FASCIITIS?
A sharp pain in the middle of your heel is often regarded as plantar fasciatis and can be more severe as a first morning pain when stepping out of bed.
